Job Title: Technical Support Representative (Entry-Level)Location: Mississauga Pay :$20–$23/hour. Job Type: Full-Time, In person, Mon to Fri (9 am - 5pm) Our client located in Mississauga is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will support our customers by handling support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating to higher tiers when needed. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS and IoT environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in IoT, SaaS platforms, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets through our ticketing platform.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using available tools and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Tier 2 and Product Teams for escalations and solutions.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and maintain accurate ticket records.
  • Follow established SOPs and escalate issues per company policies.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
