Description

Senville is a retailer of heating and cooling products, including air conditioners and heat pumps. Based in Montreal, QC, Canada, Senville distributes and sells heating and cooling systems via e-commerce outlets, throughout the United States and Canada.
We are currently seeking a bilingual technical support representative to join our support team.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience in the HVAC industry, including familiarity with system diagnostics, controls, and customer service.
  • Be knowledgeable of the most product features, and be capable of providing customers with helpful and useful information.
  • Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult people both in person and via the telephone while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.
  • Shall be able to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with US based customers. (French is a plus.)
  • Ability to work with computers, and proficient in Windows, and Microsoft Office.
