Join a pioneering team as a Technical Support Representative for a US Payroll Account in Quezon City. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our clients by leveraging your technical expertise and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to human capital management systems and services via phone, email, and chat Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently Document and track customer interactions and technical issues within the system Provide comprehensive guidance and solutions to enhance user experience Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed support Achieve and exceed performance targets focusing on customer satisfaction and problem resolution At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) Must have at least 1 year of experience handling an international voice account Prior experience handling human capital management tools (i.e. Kronos, Workday) is a plus Prior experience handling a Telco or troubleshooting is an advantage Must be fluent in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in Quezon City Amenable to work on shifting schedule Can start ASAP Free HMO Night Differential Program Incentives Career Growth Opportunities (Pioneer Account) Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
