The Technical Support and Service Administrator is responsible for technical support to customers and administrative support to the service organisation. The successful candidate will be the focal point for Radiometer Limited providing phone and remote support to our customers.
This position reports to the Service Manager and is part of the Workshop and Service Teams located within the workshop at Radiometer Limited’s Headquarters in Crawley and will be an on-site role.
During initial training, there may be a need to attend customer locations, (hospitals) whilst shadowing existing field-based engineers.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Experience in Remote Technical Support roles
  • Electronic / Electrical experience (Ideally HNC/HND or equivalent) - Time served experience will be considered.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • On site technical support experience is beneficial

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone and remote support screen sharing tool to the customer, for the Radiometer products based in hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland.
  • Provide workshop support to Radiometer products, supporting the pre-installation process.
  • Complete workshop-based service administration tasks
  • Management of the TCM5 repair process
