About the role: We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Consultant to join our enthusiastic and multicultural team, who will share our enthusiasm for solving problems and building good relationships with our reselling partners and end-users around the world. Areas of responsibility: Provide efficient technical support on 3Shape software (Design Services solution) via online sessions, telephone, e-mails, and occasional on-site events Handling support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to company's procedures, and record this using the company's CRM Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback further To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Previous experience in a support function Customer-oriented approach Good communicator with the ability to ask and listen Good verbal and writing skills at an upper-intermediate level in English Problem-solving and logical thinking skills Result-oriented and stress-resistant Aspiration to self-development and eager to learn Analytical, multitasking and empathetic skills User-level knowledge on CRM systems (is a plus) A relevant IT education is an advantage.
