  • Solid experience in ITOM:
    • Discovery
    • Service Mapping
    • Event Management
    • CMDB / CSDM
  • Solid experience in ITAM:
    • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
    • Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Experience with testing and quality assurance, ideally ATF
  • Experience in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Safe handling of Jira, Confluence, Git and Miro
