Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for a variety of hardware, software, and network needs across our organization. You will work under the guidance of our Network and Support Manager and report directly to the Information Services Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide prompt, first-level technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop computers and hardware.
  • Install and configure PCs, Macs, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Support ERP-related equipment including terminals and barcode scanners.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office and other software tools.
  • Provide basic user training on hardware and applications.
  • Support corporate network and server administration under team guidance.
  • Collaborate on IT projects with staff and leadership.
