SUMMARY

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the US. This role is critical in ensuring our internal systems run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to Citadel’s mission of delivering superior risk placement experiences through exceptional service and creativity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related problems for end-users.
  • Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
  • Maintain documentation of technical processes and user guides.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to support requests.
  • Monitor and maintain security protocols for systems and networks.
  • Participate in training sessions for staff on new technologies.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, VPN) and security measures (Firewall).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with help desk software (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
