Cranleigh STEM has exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding biotechnology company based in Winchester to recruit a Technical Support Specialist for a permanent position. In this role, you will act as a technical interface between R&D and external customers/clients – supporting with enquiries, product management and generating business reports.
This role will suit a recent life sciences graduate (molecular biology, biology, biochemistry) coupled with some commercial experience in industry – demonstrating strong communication skills with internal/external parties.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree level qualification in molecular biology, biology, biochemistry or similar.
  • Experience working in a customer facing role – demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across different departments.
  • Self-motivated character, with a real desire to pursue a career in biotech outside of the laboratory.
  • Experience working a CRM system would be preferred.
