Currently, in our Cluj office, we are looking for a experienced colleague to join our IT Support Team. From this role you will: Provide support and perform complex troubleshooting Install and maintain workstations technologies (Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, etc.) Assist in person, or remotely, in the resolution of support issues among company sites to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on user satisfaction Maintain printing systems and assist with network printer system maintenance Maintain physical security systems Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, e-mail, walk-ups, and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with current procedures Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers Monitor conference room performance and maintenance schedule Handle complex calls to the relevant IT Support teams and, when required, arrange for external technical support Create documentation and improve the existing one when needed Demonstrate proficient use and knowledge of standards and procedures Experience of using and configuring Microsoft, Linux and Apple Operating Systems Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop Applications Familiarity with server room and network equipment Demonstrates moderate familiarity with troubleshooting and research tools Demonstrates familiarity with asset, service, monitoring, and documentation tools Experience with Active Directory account administration Familiarity with laptop, desktop and printer hardware Experience with ticketing system Familiarity with HW, both on the endpoint and Data Center Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a small team setting Experience of working in an IT Service Desk team Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Proficiency in English Would be a plus: ITIL, Project Management Certification Benefits to enhance your experience: 24 days off each year plus extra vacation days based on years at Garmin and compensation for legal holidays.
