Main Responsibilities: • Product Issue Handling: Responsible for the troubleshooting, tracking, and final resolution of common software and hardware issues for products in the European market, including smartphones, wearables, PCs, etc. • Product Improvement: Identify product enhancement opportunities and requirements based on issue handling and analysis. Collaborate with other departments to develop improvement plans and track their implementation. • Capability Building: Summarize problem-solving experiences, organize training sessions for the support team, and output technical cases and FAQs to enhance the problem-solving capabilities of the service team. Requirements: • Education background: At least bachelor degree. Candidates with degrees in science, engineering, and technology fields such as computer science, electronics, and communications will be given priority. • Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in development, maintenance, or technical support in the electronics/communications industry. • Language skills: English. Additional language skills are preferred. Professional knowledge: Familiar with the hardware architecture, software features, operational principles, and common troubleshooting methods for electronic products such as smartphones, wearables, and PCs. Common skills: Strong ability to summarize. Proficient in data analysis. Excellent communication skills.
