KONE’s Global Spares Supply (GSS) plans, sources and delivers quality spare parts and maintenance materials to KONE frontlines and distributors across the globe. We stock over 60,000 materials across 4 distribution centers and fulfill over 600,000 orders per year. GSS plays a key role in enabling our maintenance business to achieve sustainable success with customers.
We are now looking for a
Responsibilities:
- Technical support for KONE Frontlines and Global Spares Supply (GSS) teams at Electrification Category
- Maintenance field support for KONE Frontlines on Electrification Category
- Provide specialism for elevator maintenance document creation and maintenance
- Cooperate with KONE product development and advanced field support specialists at KONE and key suppliers
- Material identification support for Frontlines
- Supplier suggestions for sourcing on technically challenging materials
- Supporting life cycle management of spare parts
- Supporting production of spare parts for contract manufacturers
