SUMMARY

The Technical Service Agent will handle remote troubleshooting and technical diagnostic calls for home charging equipment. This role also manages customer cases, warranty claims, and provides training support for service partners and peers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • IT and Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills.
  • 3+ years’ experience in electrical work
  • 2+ years in customer-facing or call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and manage multiple priorities.
  • Associate/Trade degree or 4+ years equivalent experience in electrical field.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
  • Perform remote technical diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Guide field partners on resolution steps and site visits.
  • Create and update cases in Salesforce.

  • Lead escalations and provide subject matter expertise.
  • Manage warranty and out-of-warranty claims.
  • Train other agents and contribute to training materials.
  • Provide process feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
