This role is for someone who: Solves problems with structure and ownership Enjoys helping people and making their work easier Balances speed with quality and security Believes IT should enable the business, not slow it down 🧠 What we’re looking for Your background includes: Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support (on-site and remote) Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals, meeting room systems) Understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience with user management (Active Directory / Microsoft 365) Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SLA-driven support Basic understanding of IT security practices (patching, endpoint protection, phishing awareness) You are someone who: Communicates clearly in Dutch and English Takes a structured, analytical approach to troubleshooting Focuses on root cause resolution, not quick fixes Prioritizes effectively and works well under pressure Knows when to resolve independently or escalate Collaborates easily in an international environment Stays curious and continuously develops your IT skills 🌱 Why Yokogawa?
