High Voltage Service is a separate unit within the High voltage-business unit. Our core business is to provide various services and after sales support for products belonging to the High voltage products portfolio.
Working as a technical support specialist in the HV service teams gives you an interesting opportunity where you get to contribute with your technical expertise regarding high voltage products as well as you get to interact and collaborate with sales teams around the globe.
This position is based in Ludvika, Sweden.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor of science or civil engineering, power system studies, or similar.
- Proven work life experience
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing technical solutions and advice regarding high voltage equipment towards sales and customers.
- Working with product care and identifying suitable replacement components and maintaining or updating documentation.
- Collaborate with other employees cross functional, within the local unit as well as the global organization to achieve goals within the unit.
- Offering general support to global team regarding questions about product specification and suitability, provide details and knowledge connected to our high voltage products.
- Monitor change processes initiated on active products and provide input on change impact from service perspective.
- From time to time create reports or formalize technical documentation in form of FMEA or RCA’s.
