    An innovative Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of smart energy efficient solutions are looking for a Technical Support Supervisor. This exciting and varied role, based in Frenchs Forest will include supporting B2B customers with new product development, support product installation, providing technical training, upskilling contractors, after sales troubleshooting, which may include some site-based visits.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • 2+ years’ experience in providing support and training in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and provide a high level of customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You are a driven, high-energy individual who is confident and shows initiative
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Knowledge of H-vac air split systems, airducts & wi-fi controllers
  • Experience using Zen Desk highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2-3 product and technical support for B2B customers across product ranges
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for B2B customers on product installation, usage and maintenance.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls liaising with Technicians, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer issues
  • Manage warranty claims and processes, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
