The Technical Support/Teacher Assistant works under direct supervision of the School Principal and the Director of IT, providing Help Desk Support, as well as Main Office and Classroom Support. The position is a school-year position, with additional work during the summer as needed.Primary Responsibilities in Support of the Technology Helpdesk include: Operate Level 1 Helpdesk (dispatch)All other Helpdesk (attendance, main office, voicemail) issuesInventory/Asset ManagementDevice and User SupportWebsite, calendar, and social media maintenanceClassroom technology supportOther duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology**Note that additional work during the summer may be required.Primary Responsibilities in support of the Main Office and School include: Support office processes, teacher/staff/stakeholder requests in person and remotely via helpdeskFacilitate school processes relating to records, forms, and requestsAssist with answering phones, monitoring doorsAssist with ensuring school safetyInterface with Stakeholders Other duties as assigned by the school Principa
