Responsibilities

We are looking for a technically skilled Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up digital screens, providing ongoing CMS support, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with android systems, and excellent customer service skills. A full driving license is essential as you may be required to travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Screen Setup: Configuration, and maintenance of digital signage displays for the installation team.
  • CMS Management: Support the management of digital content using our CMS, including scheduling, updates, and troubleshooting content display issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for technical issues related to our CMS and digital signage hardware, including diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
  • Customer Training: Train customers on how to use our CMS effectively, ensuring they can manage their content independently.
  • Content Updates: Assist in uploading and managing digital content such as videos, images, and live data feeds for various client screens.
  • Field Service: Site visits to ensure that all displays and systems are functioning optimally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (sales, design, and installation) to ensure customer needs are met, including custom CMS configurations and solutions.
  • Design: Ability to design content if required.. Canva, photoshop etc.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, updates, and troubleshooting activities.
