ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting a Technical Support & Training Engineer to join our client’s Professional Service & Support team. This role is customer-facing and highly technical, requiring expertise in Cloud technologies, database structures, and technical training delivery. You will work with enterprise clients to ensure successful solution implementation, support, and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-level technical training to enterprise customers and partners.
• Provide advanced technical support for product implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, installation guides, and training materials.
• Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
• Lead or support technical project management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality and service delivery.
