Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family Reporting to the National Surfacing Engineering Manager and working closely directly with the Auckland Supply chain manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Fulton Hogan’s surfacing excellence, advancing our design capability, materials innovation, and product performance. You’ll lead technical input across asphalt design, develop proprietary solutions, provide expert advice, and monitor outcomes to ensure our products meet and exceed client expectations. This hands-on role will see you working closely with operational teams across the Auckland region to improve asphalt production and paving outcomes. You’ll actively support quality initiatives, upskill others, and champion continuous improvement across surfacing projects. This is hybrid not a desk role, where you will provide technical guidance, whilst working closely on site with our operational teams. As a Technical Surfacing Specialist, you’ll collaborate with both the Auckland delivery team and the national technical team as a key contributor to the Asphalt Improvement Project — driving technical excellence, innovation, and performance across our network of operational depots.
