Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Surveillance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveillance operations to detect and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and equipment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, using advanced technologies to stay one step ahead of potential threats.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of full-time experience conducting physical or technical surveillance operations with a relevant government or military unit
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including route analysis
  • Strong understanding of operational planning, including risk management and threat assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science) preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience planning and leading comprehensive surveillance operations against foreign intelligence, military or terrorist targets while serving on a relevant government or military unit
  • Experience with technical surveillance systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and unmanned systems
  • Experience working in a high-stakes, fast paced, government or military environment
Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical, signals, and technical surveillance operations to detect and identify potential security threats
  • Utilize various surveillance techniques, including foot, vehicle, and technical surveillance
  • Install, maintain, and operate technical surveillance equipment
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and anomalies
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and equipment
  • Collaborate with other teams to investigate and track security incidents
  • Provide training and support to other members on surveillance procedures and equipment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technical surveillance technologies and techniques
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay informed about emerging threats and advantageous technologies
