Description
Possess a foundational, high-level understanding of system architecture and infrastructure to effectively evaluate technical requirements and proposed solutions. Coordinate effectively with business users, clients, and cross-functional technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for new systems and enhancements. Recommend viable technical solutions and facilitate their implementation. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed requirements and solutions. Work closely with Project Managers to contribute to project planning, including scope definition, effort estimation, and timeline development. Manage and update project artifacts within Jira, including initiatives, epics, user stories, and tasks, ensuring accurate representation of project status and requirements. 2+ years of relevant experience in Technical Systems Analysis or a similar role within the Financial Services industry. Intermediate level experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or technical project support. Proven ability to understand and interpret high-level system architecture and design principles. Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation methodologies. Proficiency in using project management and issue tracking tools, specifically Jira, for managing initiatives, epics, and stories. Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess technical feasibility and impact. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
