We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Team Lead to guide and inspire our engineering team in delivering innovative, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, modern workplace solutions, and software engineering, combined with a proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
The Technical Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets, and foster collaboration across departments while driving technical excellence.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, cloud infrastructure, and system engineering roles
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
  • Experience leading projects in an agile environment as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Proven expertise in cloud technologies, including virtual networks, Intune/Endpoint, compliance policies, and backup solutions
  • Hands-on experience with modern workplace solutions, including Office 365, Citrix, and VMware
  • Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills, including BRDs, system architecture, and migration strategies
  • Outstanding communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certifications in cloud infrastructure, ITIL, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience in Python, system monitoring tools, and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with end-user computing, automation, and quality assurance processes

  • Oversee daily operations, including task prioritisation, performance reviews, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Break down business requirements into technical tasks, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve roadblocks in a timely manner
  • Ensure alignment with organisational goals, focusing on cloud infrastructure, modern workplace solutions, and scalable systems
  • Compiling and submitting project status reports to management and stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of solutions, including quality assurance, automation, and data migrations
  • Occasionally contribute to codebases, providing technical support for critical features
