As we expand our service portfolio and take on new projects—ranging from cloud migrations and VPN integrations to large-scale office relocations—we are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to oversee our technical operations, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (ALL MANDATORY)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with MSPs in Ireland..
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 (administration, migration, and management)
  • Azure (VMs, networking, security, cost optimization)
  • Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V, etc.)
  • SonicWALL Firewalls (configuration, VPNs, troubleshooting)
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, Wi-Fi, VoIP, SD-WAN)
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Technical Lead will oversee the technical delivery of Radium Technologies’ Managed IT & Cyber Security services, ensuring the smooth operation of IT projects, infrastructure support, and client service management. This leadership role will be responsible for optimising internal processes, managing technical teams, and working closely with stakeholders to maintain and enhance our high standards of service.
This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to guide the team in delivering high-quality IT solutions.
