We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead to join our Operations team in Finland.
You’ll lead and guide our robot technicians to deliver high-quality support and solutions. You’ll be instrumental in optimizing the technical performance of our robot fleet, ensuring its high performance, reliability, and seamless service delivery.

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the technical team, both on-site and remotely
• Communicating company goals, safety practices, SOPs, and deadlines to the team
• Keeping the service running smoothly while improving tools, processes, and standardizing equipment
• Overseeing and improving maintenance processes, shifting from reactive fixes to planned repairs
• Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like robot health and service tickets
• Using data to track performance and make data-driven decisions
• Scheduling and approving team timesheets
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Assisting in enhancing internal tools and workflows for better efficiency
