We’re looking for an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead our technical team, drive scalable eCommerce solutions, and leverage modern technologies, including AI-powered tools. Job Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of eCommerce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative team leads, marketing, and operations, to align technical efforts with business goals. Take initiative to identify and lead process, tooling, and technology optimizations that improve team productivity and operational efficiency across the organization. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows. Conduct regular 1on1s, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process. Identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Ensure the eCommerce platform's stability, performance, and availability, implementing monitoring and maintenance strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, enhance team productivity, and improve overall system performance. Support the adoption of relevant AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, automation, and internal processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or in a similar leadership role within the eCommerce industry. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies, with the ability to guide architectural decisions and review implementation quality. Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and related technologies is a big plus. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI is a big plus.
