ROLE SUMMARY:

Flowserve is looking for a Technical Trainee, a Masters or Bachelor graduate with an Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree and maximum two years of work experience after graduation. As a trainee at Flowserve, you will work in two years time on four different projects at various departments throughout the company. You will work on optimizations of processes in interdisciplinary teams through out the organization and entire value chain. YOUR ROLE

Together with the Trainee Program Manager you will set out the goals you want to achieve and determine which projects are matching with you.

• You will be responsible for the preliminary investigation on the project
• You will set goals and achievements
• You are the driving force of the project and will be coached by the various department manager and trainee manager
• In each project you are working on deliverables and the implementation of the (business) improvements
