As a Technical Training Coordinator (m/f/d), you are the link between our IT department and our team members. You make technology tangible, support people in using our digital tools, and ensure that IT communication is clear, understandable, and arrives at the right time.

Your tasks:

• Conception and implementation of practical IT training courses for all experience levels – with a focus on the safe and practical use of the digital tools and applications used in the company.
• You design and conduct training courses for all experience levels, focusing on the safe and practical use of the digital tools and applications used in the company.
• You prepare content for the intranet and other internal media, ensuring that it is understandable, up-to-date and tailored to the target audience.
• You create and send IT communications about changes, updates and new rollouts, e.g. announcements, how-to guides and FAQs.
• You are the first point of contact for questions about the use of digital tools and modern ways of working.
• You work closely with the IT team to introduce technical innovations into the organization in an understandable and effective way.
• You continuously develop the training program and the knowledge database, based on feedback and needs analyses.
