Description

Main activities and responsibilities: 1. Develop trainings: Develop trainings in accordance with projects and market needs 2. Train the Trainer: Train market trainers on how to conduct the training and teach the workshop technicians. REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE Degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent • Automotive technical knowledge, products, electrics, electronics, and electromobility • Excellent presentation, training, communication and pedagogical skills • Should be able to train/teach (learning from a technician perspective) • Should be able to learn himself/herself in order to teach with a good grasp of technical subjects • Should be able to co-develop training materials • Fluent in written and spoken English (as all trainings will be in English) • Strong customer focus • Bus Driving license (category D) and 1000V electricity license are an advantage

Responsibilities

The Technical Trainer will develop trainings based on project and market needs and will train market trainers to conduct these trainings. This role involves creating training materials and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to workshop technicians.
