YOUR ROLE

The Technical Trainer plays a key role in designing and implementation of the scalable technical training, development and enablement solutions aligned with DLR talent strategies, aimed at ensuring competency of its personnel and availability of critical skills within the business.
You will act as the trusted adviser to the business to ensure consistent approach to enhancement of the technical capability in the sub-region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive engineering experience in data centre operations, a deep understanding of data centre technologies, and a passion for sharing knowledge and skills as well as mentoring others.
