Description
Job Description: Carry out technical training according to organizational requirements (Classroom & Practical activities). Perform on-the-job training sessions in groups or individually in an everyday operating workshop environment. Produce training schedules and classroom agendas. Determine areas of concern to address gaps in technician skillset to meet workshop requirements. Prepare training material (Presentations, worksheets, etc.). Arrange for on-site training using external sources when and if required. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc. Observe and evaluate the results of training programs. Ensure all registered users are completing STARS online training to meet Ford Standards. Ensure all registered users attend Ford-provided classroom and practical training as per Ford Curriculum and Ford Standards. Job Requirements: Prefer undergraduate degree in Automotive At least 3 years' experience as an automotive trainer with previous workshop experience. Fluency in English & Khmer is a must. Be able to communicate with people of various levels of an organization through complex data utilizing efficient and effective methods. Strong MS Office suite computer skills - especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Must possess a valid driver's license; ability to travel across Cambodia geographies for several days at a time. Ability to face diverse situations and make informed and timely decisions and be able to understand a problem and devise a workable solution. Ability to work cooperatively with others, as opposed to working separately or competitively. Ability to understand and help others fulfill their needs.
