About the role Our CodeBlue team in Auckland is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Technical Training professional to join their growing support team. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to take ownership and play a key role in developing CodeBlue’s training practice from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy to develop and maintain training materials, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive solutions—making a tangible impact on our service quality and customer satisfaction. There will be a strong focus on delivering training across Microsoft environments, including the latest in Microsoft cloud, desktop technologies, and Copilot for M365. The Trainer role will lead both in-person and remote training sessions, as well as external customer webinars, providing variety and the chance to engage with different audiences. You will also deliver internal training sessions for our sales and service desk teams, supporting the ongoing development of organisational capability and ensuring our people are equipped to provide exceptional customer support.
