Our Training Solutions Team is looking for reinforcements at our locations in Kirchheim near Munich , Berlin , or Cologne, with the possibility of working partially remotely.
What needs to be done?
- After thorough training by an experienced team, you will lead training courses and workshops on our IT security solutions for our customers and partners – flexibly online, in our training centers or directly at our customers' premises.
- You will further develop existing training concepts together with the team and introduce new technologies and product developments.
- You keep our training environment running and develop it further in a technically intelligent way.
- You will work closely with product owners, development, support, and consulting teams, and contribute feedback from customer training sessions. Your practical input will help us to further improve our products and services.
- You regularly participate in internal and external training courses and share your knowledge in internal training sessions.
This is what you bring with you
- A completed technical degree, IT-related training – or comparable practical skills
- Several years of professional experience in the IT industry with a focus on technical knowledge transfer, consulting, training or technical sales
- Basic knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and a desire to delve deeply into the topic of networking are required. If you already possess in-depth knowledge in this area, that's a plus!
- Enjoyment in conveying technical content in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner, as well as experience in conducting training courses, workshops or technical presentations.
- Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and enjoyment of direct interaction with customers.
- Structured, independent work and a strong service orientation
