We are seeking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Technical Trainer (m/f/d) for Palfinger Marine cranes and handling systems.
Your tasks will be to deliver technical instruction, product training, operator trainings and operational support for Palfinger marine cranes and handling systems. This role involves delivering classroom and practical training on the maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes, handling systems, and related equipment to internal coworkers, service partners, and clients worldwide

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor is preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on field experience with hydraulics products.
• English language skills in speaking and writing are mandatory.
• Strong presentation, teaching, and people skills to engage and train different groups effectively

• Conduct hands-on training sessions using actual training equipment.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation in line with Palfinger standards.
• Ensure all technical content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe, effective learning environment.
• Deliver technical training courses for customers, service partners, internal technicians, at our training academy, on-site at the customers plant or remotely
