Responsibilities

THE ROLE: TECHNICAL TRAINER – MAXUS ACADEMY GERMANY

As a Technical Trainer, you’ll be the driving force behind the development of technical teams for Maxus in Germany. From hands-on training to targeted coaching, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that truly make an impact.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver and develop: Create and deliver engaging technical training programs (virtual, in-person, and on-site).
  • Innovate: Design creative, high-quality training content that’s both effective and inspiring.
  • Assess & coach: Conduct workplace assessments and turn results into tailored coaching plans.
  • Advise: Provide practical, people-focused improvement proposals for workshop operations.
  • Collaborate: Share expertise with internal and external colleagues, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Evolve the offer: Contribute to the latest training and assessment programs in the sector.
