As a Technical Trainer (m/f/d), you will be part of our  training team  and support the further development of modern  learning  and training concepts in the technical field. You will contribute to tailoring knowledge to specific target groups, developing training content, and qualifying colleagues worldwide in technical topics. Through creative and practical training formats, you will make a significant contribution to skills development  within the company and support  our organization on its path to digital transformation. 

Your tasks: 

• Conception of technical product and  technology training as well as  application- and  market-oriented training concepts 
• He develops  and produces various training formats – from presentations to podcasts or  video formats. 
• Use of  modern e - learning formats ( webinars , how -to videos, web - based training )   
• Combining digital and traditional learning  content into blended learning pathways
• Managing own training projects  
• Contributing to the further development of train - the - trainer concepts for international locations
• Occasional travel
