We are now looking for a Technical Trainer to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden). In this role, you will support the organization to develop and deliver dealer staff training in alignment with strategic company objectives.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Strong experience in project management.
  • Technical and technological background.
  • Affinity and experience with After Sales function & dealer network.
  • Significant experience in Training activities (PM).
  • Cross functional management skills.
  • Good understanding of Dealership Technical activities is a plus.
  • Master Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Pedagogical skills.
  • High level of autonomy and leadership.
  • Structured and analytical.
  • Good practice of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Access).
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the native languages of the region (French, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish).
