JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our IT systems and applications. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that all training programs are effective and meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Conduct training sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid.
  • Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to address those needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to users to ensure they can effectively use IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a technical trainer.
  • CompTIA CTT+ certification.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs in various formats.
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • IAT Certification
  • Secret clearance
