JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Technical Trainer with strong instructional design skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs tailored to our users’ needs. You will create all training materials, including manuals, presentations, hands-on exercises, and e-learning content, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption of our systems. Periodic travel to customer locations to execute training materials directly to clients is required. U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance is also required.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive technical training materials, both for instructor-led and self-paced learning.
• Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person or virtually) to end-users, technical staff, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in and train first user support in an Ops Center environment.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or analysis of user feedback and performance metrics.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Continuously improve training materials and methods based on learner feedback and evolving technology.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and support staff to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
• Create supplementary resources such as quick reference guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and learner feedback.
