THE EXPERIENCE WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

• Extensive plumbing experience such as a master plumber or highly skilled journeyman with hands-on expertise in residential systems
• Instructional skills with proven ability to mentor apprentices, lead structured training programs, and simplify complex plumbing techniques
• Leadership and team development experience supervising teams, fostering a learning culture, and inspiring growth in both new and seasoned plumbers
• Strong communication and organization skills to be able to clearly convey technical knowledge, coordinate training schedules, and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Regulatory and safety knowledge with a deep understanding of plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and best practices for workplace safety
• Problem solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues, guide apprentices through practical challenges, and refine training based on industry needs

• Conduct hands-on workshops by leading practical training sessions to help apprentices and professionals refine their skills
• Mentor and coach by providing guidance to trainees, ensuring they understand best practices and troubleshooting methods
• Ensure compliance by keeping training aligned with plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and licensing requirements
• Tracking progress and evaluations of trainee performance and adjusting programs for maximum effectiveness
• Develop educational materials that support learning by creating manuals, guides, and digital resources
