We are seeking a Technical Training Specialist responsible for training and providing field support to electronic install and service technicians (both employees and contractors), Project Managers, Sales Engineers and others on I2G System’s portfolio of product lines. To that end, the Technician Training Specialist will interact directly with the Technical Training Lead, Engineering and Development team to become the subject matter expert (SME) on new and existing products. Work with the production specialist to publish coursework and content for the training, with technicians to provide training and field support and with Regional Offices’ Management to determine needs and schedule training accordingly.
This position requires US travel to I2G System locations for technician training and support.
Responsibilities:
You are a great fit for this position if you have five or more years in a combination of education and electronic installation technician role with experience in installing access control, video systems or other related electronic systems and you love to share your knowledge with new technicians.
