Technical Product Trainer

Location: Böblingen, Germany
The position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Trainer to provide comprehensive training on Building Management Systems (BMS) to employees, partners, distributors, and end users.
Principal Responsibilities

Develop and implement structured training schedules on a quarterly basis within the assigned region.

• Participate in train-the-trainer programs and utilize associated resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all trained participants using the MYHBU LMS platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and offering management to ensure regular training updates.
• Coordinate with sales, offering, and technical support teams to address training demands promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or, in lieu of a diploma, 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer, technical support engineer, or technician in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Over 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and programming of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience with Building Management Systems such as Saia Burgess Controls (SBC), Centraline by Honeywell, and Niagara is beneficial.
• Proficiency in German and English (secondary).
