QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in stairlift installation, mechanical systems, or a related technical field
  • Secondary school diploma or related experience
  • Experience creating and delivering training materials and manuals
  • 1-3 years related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Must have a valid passport

Responsibilities
  • Assessing organizational and departmental technical training needs to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Designing and developing customized training programs and materials tailored to employee needs
  • Delivering training sessions in various formats, including classroom, virtual, and field-based instruction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records to track employee development and provide reports to managers as required
  • Ensuring the company’s training facility, tools, and equipment are maintained in proper working condition
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and support company objective
  • Providing ongoing technical support, guidance, and mentorship to employees
  • May be required to travel across Canada and visit offices in the US and UK to complete training with employee in the field
  • Other duties as assigned/required
