Technical Training Specialist II Posting Details • Full Time Location • Pune, IND Internal Job Level • P2 Job Description: Trainer Join our dynamic Global Learning and Community team as a Trainer, supporting the delivery of engaging learning experiences for UKG Internals, and Partners. This role focuses on delivering training onsite and for instructor-led virtual courses to our thriving population of employees and partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring learners have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed with UKG products and essential tools. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and/or onsite) to internal teams and partners, focused on UKG product knowledge and skills. • Support learning delivery initiatives designed and led by Senior Trainers and Instructional Designers. • Assist in preparing course logistics, materials, and other resources needed for training delivery. • Contribute to a positive learner experience by facilitating interactive, engaging sessions that align with best practices. • Maintain knowledge and certifications on UKG products and methodologies as required. • Stay up to date with product enhancements and learning trends to ensure relevant course delivery. • Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, evaluations, and feedback gathering. • Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and support departmental goals. ________________________________________ Additional Responsibilities • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify improvements in training delivery. • Provide post-training support by addressing basic follow-up questions and reinforcing key concepts. • Gather learner feedback and share insights for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Instructional Designers by reviewing and testing training materials. • Assist with special projects or training initiatives as assigned. ________________________________________ Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience delivering onsite and virtual software training, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based environments. • Experience with UKG products or similar HCM/WFM solutions is preferred. • Familiarity with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Webex). • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Ability to adapt to varying learner needs and adjust delivery style accordingly. • Excellent time management and attention to detail. • Comfortable working independently and in team settings. • Passion for teaching and helping others succeed. • Willingness to travel up to 15–20% as needed. ________________________________________ Ideal Candidate Profile You are a motivated learning professional who enjoys delivering training, supporting learners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
