Role We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join our Product Management team. This is a remote role reporting to the APJ Delivery Leader. The core responsibility of this position is to provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including Zscaler customers, partners, and participants in the Cyber Academic Alliance program. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including customers, partners, and Cyber Academic Alliance participants Configure and troubleshoot Zscaler training environments, including the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange Platform, Cloud Protection (ZCP) solutions, and general network connectivity Manage class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys Provide support and assistance to students as needed Review and provide feedback for new courseware and test hands-on training exercises Who You Are (Success Profile) You act like an owner. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 3+years of experience in technical training Bachelor’s degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills Capable of working independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with Cloud Security, Firewalls, Proxy, and EndPoint Security solutions Possession of industry-recognized certifications like CEH, CISSP, or CISM #LI-KM8 #LI-remote At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
