We are the Video Engineering Image Quality (VEIQ) team responsible for video quality on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro products! We are seeking a professional video photographer to capture and evaluate video content across diverse real-world scenarios. This unique role combines professional videography expertise with technical quality assessment to ensure our products deliver exceptional video experiences. DESCRIPTION You're a skilled video photographer who understands both the art and science of creating compelling video. You have a discerning eye for image quality and the technical curiosity to understand what makes video look great. You're comfortable working systematically while applying your creative expertise to capture content in challenging and varied conditions. In this role, you'll leverage your professional videography skills to systematically test camera performance in real-world conditions. You'll work with cutting-edge, unreleased camera technology and collaborate with engineers to identify and communicate quality issues. Your photography expertise will be essential in recognizing subtle quality differences and capturing content that stresses camera systems in realistic ways. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Engineering, or related field Strong portfolio demonstrating video work across varied conditions and subjects Experience working with professional and consumer camera systems Experience with subjective image quality evaluation Experience with ISP pipeline and 3A evaluation Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn technical concepts Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to stay on top of camera benchmark eval and testing result PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years professional experience in videography, cinematography, or related field Work experience in the technical company or relevant experience
