MAS Europe is looking for a Technical Workshop Coordinator to support and coordinate the daily operations of its workshop, within an active, hands-on technical environment in the maritime sector. This role is addressed to professionals with experience or strong exposure to workshop, industrial, or warehouse environments, who can operate in a coordination-focused, practical manner, working closely with technical teams and operational functions. Key Responsibilities Daily coordination of workshop operations and technical activities, in close collaboration with technicians, warehouse, and operations teams. Organization and monitoring of workflows, materials, and spare parts, ensuring availability, proper planning, and timely execution. Management of technical documentation, work orders, and related reports. Entry, monitoring, and updating of orders, materials, and customer data in the ERP system (SoftOne), including checks on stock levels, lead times, and delivery timelines. Issuance of delivery notes and supporting documentation, as required. Active presence in the workshop and support of hands-on processes (not a purely desk-based role). Experience or solid exposure to a workshop, technical, industrial, or warehouse environment. Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SoftOne will be considered a strong asset). Ability to work closely with technical teams and hands-on operations. Strong organizational skills, practical mindset, and coordination capability.
