Description
Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for complex capital equipment, manufacturing processes, and procedures, enabling internal teams to consistently execute high-quality production through standardized, repeatable practices. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, virtual manufacturing engineers, and engineering technicians to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for complex capital equipment, processes, and procedures used by internal manufacturing team. On-site postion that works in manufacturing clean room with engineers and technicans to validate SOPs are accurate and confrom to company standards. Using CAD developed by Product Design team work with US & India based Virtual Manufacturing Engineers to digitally develop high quality SOPs ahead of the first physical build in manufacturing. Find opportunities to continuously improve processes, drive alignemnt on solutions, and ensure effective implementation. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. MS Office, PLM systems (iPLM), CAD (Team Center & DELMIA), ERP (SAP), SharePoint, Cell Fusion. Great communication, highly collaborative, team first mentality, with a high sense of ownership and accountability. Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
