ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and user-centric documentation and content that enables customers to understand Alembic’s user experience, platform capabilities, and technological underpinnings. You will also produce customer training materials and thought leadership content to drive education and market credibility. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Revenue and is based in San Francisco (Onsite).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for user experience, platform capabilities, and technical architecture
• Produce high-quality user guides, tutorials, and reference materials
• Create customer training materials and thought leadership content
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to gather and validate information
• Establish a consistent voice, style, and structure aligned with brand standards
• Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and product evolution
