Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field 3 years of related work experience developing technical training material Collaborate with technical staff, training staff and management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and a shared vision. Responsibilities: Research and compiles technical data from diverse sources. Drafts, edits, and maintains technical manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, user documentation, and reports. Reviews content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Works closely with program staff, SMEs, engineers, and analysts to translate complex technical information into understandable language.
